Our products should be used EXTERNALLY, AVOID eyes, Do Not ingest. And lastly, ladies, Do Not apply our products in the labia minora or vaginal opening.

Q- What is the shelf life of your products?
A- Our body products should be used within 1 year.

Allergens

Q- What about allergens?                     
A- Our small shop stocks a variety of items that for some may be considered an allergen. Some of these items may be cross contaminated while packaging orders. Please comb through the ingredients in our products before placing your order. All of our products have an ingredient list, listed below the item description.  If by chance, you happen to experience an allergic reaction please inform us via email [email protected] We do not stock or utilize PEANUT OIL in any of our soaps or products. We do, however, utilize nut based oils, milk, oats, and honey. If you ever experience any discomfort or irritation using our products please discontinue use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email.

SHIPPING

Q- How long does it take to process my order?    A- Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We ship on Thursdays & Friday's. Depending on the amount of orders received, the processing time frame may change. We make every effort to fulfill orders and ship as quickly as possible. Also, please be mindful that Herbivorous LLC is a two person team.

Q- What about shipping?
 A-We ship via USPS domestically, shipping time varies based on your location. Shipping rates for international orders may vary as well. Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be available for your personal tracking purposes. Shipping days are every Thursday & Friday. If your order is late or lost, please visit USPS website for more info on your package. Once your package is delivered Herbivorous LLC is no longer liable or responsible. 

Q- What is the cost of shipping?
A- COVID 19 has impacted the cost of shipping dramatically. Due to the surge on shipping costs, shipping costs are $8.75 regardless of order size. 

Q- What about order cancellations, exchanges and or returns?
A- We work hard to get orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible therefore we cannot accept any cancellations once your order has been submitted. 
Due to the nature of all of our natural products we cannot be responsible for the purity of our products once they have been shipped. For safety and hygiene purposes our products can’t be restocked or resold, therefore we do not accept any exchanges or returns.

PRODUCTS

Q- How are products measured or weighed for sale?                                   

A- Products inside jars/containers are weighed excluding the weight/size of the jar/container. Weight displayed on product label relays to weight of actual product inside the jar/container.
